RULES OF CONDUCT

The following are rules of conduct the FAA requires a DPE to follow during testing: 

I will conduct this FAA Practical Test in accordance with the applicable ACS.

I will be utilizing a Plan of Action as a guideline to ensure a complete test.

Instruction during any practical test is not allowed.

If a maneuver is performed unsatisfactory, second chances are not allowed.

Perfection is not the standard.

Please note the following:

I will be taking notes during the test to provide for a thorough debrief.

Assume you have passed until told otherwise.

Oral questioning will continue throughout the test.

Please answer questions as if you hold the certificate and/or rating sought.

Communication is important, I want to avoid any misunderstanding.
