2. Credit Card Note there is a 5% Fee for this option. Click this Link If paying by credit card, please make payment 24 hours prior to the test to ensure approval prior to test time. 

Cancellation Policy Short notice cancellations prevent me from conducting a test and earning an income. Please respect that and provide appropriate notice. The following fees will apply. 

Within 1 Calendar day- $1000

Within 2 Calendar days-$500

Outside 3 Calendar days-No charge, however notify me as soon as you know you will need to reschedule. 

EXAMPLE:

If you have an exam scheduled with me on Friday, unless you notify me by Tuesday, a fee will be charged. Although unlikely, if I am able to find a new applicant to fill your canceled slot appointment, I will not charge you a fee.
